Job description

```Duties:```
- Mandatory 2 years Operating sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications
- Set up machines with the appropriate thread, needles, and other materials
- Adjust machine settings for different fabric types and garment styles
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished garments for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a sewing or garment manufacturing environment
- Proficient in operating sewing machines and understanding garment construction techniques
- Knowledge of different fabric types and their handling requirements
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Salary: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
