MN2S Music & Talent Agency in Miami is seeking a Junior Talent Agent fluent in Arabic language to focus on the Middle East market.

Job Outline:
Working to successfully represent talent, satisfy clients, and maximize revenue from commercial activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and contacting brands in the Middle East for partnerships, collaborations, activations and influencer marketing
• Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs
• Processing incoming requests for talent / artists
• Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talent
• Maintain excellent relationships with talent and clients
• Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity
• Record and track all leads
• Liaise with Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest news
• Demonstrate the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities

Selection Criteria:

• Fluency In Arabic
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency business

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
