<p><strong>As the Market Support Member, you will be responsible for working at least 2 full weekends per month at Farmers Markets throughout the DFW metroplex. Responsibilities include market sales, maintaining meaningful customer relationships, maintaining booth beauty and tidiness and being a brand ambassador for our gourmet foods &nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Arriving to Market early to set up.</strong></p><p><strong>Learning the full details and usage of our products so you can easily recommend and guide customers.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Ensure customer satisfaction by: providing exceptional service, by offering stimulating + pleasant conversations with customers and by answering customer questions about products</strong></p><p><strong>Represent the passion behind our brand as a gourmet food line.</strong></p><p><strong>Process customer payments by entering information into POS system (Square).</strong></p><p><strong>Maintain booth cleanliness + beauty</strong></p><p><strong>Work as a team player to achieve common [sales]&nbsp;goals.</strong></p><p><strong>Pack up market booth at the end of the day.</strong></p><p><strong>Prepare food samples and serve them to customers.</strong></p><p><strong>SCHEDULING:</strong></p><p><strong>Saturdays and [potentially] Sundays&nbsp;during peak Farmers Market season.&nbsp; Markets are typically&nbsp;closed between January&nbsp;- May; some market are year round.&nbsp; We aim to offer schedule flexibility within reason, so if you need to request off, we will do our best to fulfill it.</strong></p><p><strong>EQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><strong>Our ideal candidate will have personal or professional experience in at&nbsp;farmers markets</strong></p><p><strong>Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members (We love clear, kind, direct communication!)</strong></p><p><strong>Outgoing/friendly personality with a positive attitude &amp; willingness to learn</strong></p><p><strong>Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment</strong></p><p><strong>Ability to lift items up to 40-50 pounds (tent and inventory set up)</strong></p><p><strong>Problem-solver with attention to detail</strong></p><p><strong>Dependability</strong></p><p><strong>Paid weekly</strong></p><p><strong>Pay rate: $15/hour</strong></p><p><br><br>&nbsp;</p>
