About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Bike Mechanic to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles of all types and brands, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine bicycle maintenance and repairs, including tuning gears and brakes, replacing tires and tubes, and installing new components
Diagnose and troubleshoot more complex issues, such as damaged frames or drive train problems, and provide expert repair solutions
Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services
Keep accurate records of all repairs and services provided, and ensure that customer information is up to date and organized
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, and attend training and professional development opportunities as required
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, and assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with a proven track record of high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service
A comprehensive knowledge of bicycle components and mechanics, and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to providing top-notch service to every customer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
A team player with a positive and supportive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Passion for cycling and a commitment to promoting sustainable and healthy transportation options.
