About the Role:
I am on the lookout for a Marketing and Customer Acquisition Specialist to expand our company, Healveda Health. This role involves not only marketing services and growing the email list but also creating and managing a dynamic presence across various social media platforms. I'm seeking a driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote working environment and is passionate about justice, health, and fighting Autoimmune Disease.
Responsibilities:
Market, sell packages and workshops.
Develop and manage presence across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Create engaging video and written content.
Conduct client outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
Grow and maintain an active and engaged email list.
Administrative tasks related to acquisition, management, and digital marketing efforts.
Commission Structure:
10% commission during a 3-month trial period.
Post-trial, commission increases to 15% subject to meeting sales targets.
Sales Target: Aim for 2-3 corporate workshops and 5-10 individual sessions per month.
Bonus Structure:
Coaching Sales Bonus: Secure more than 5 monthly workshops
Package Bonus: Earn an additional $200 for every two 12-month booked package in a month.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
Proven track record in client acquisition, social media management, and email marketing.
Proficiency in video editing and content creation.
Experience across various social media platforms.
Experience in the Autoimmune and Trauma industry is preferred.
Driven, self-motivated, and able to organize their own working hours, schedule, and tasks.
Independent work ethic with strong communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Working Hours and Earnings Potential:
Around 20-30 hours per week. It’s a commission-based role. The more efficient you are, the better; you are free to organize your own schedule and working hours, as long as you meet the targets.
