Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of food service operations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Cook Ordered Foods - Monitor food quality and presentation - Provide portable hotspot ie. Cell phone/mobile hotspot device - Utilize mobile hotspot with SQUARE POS system for order processing and payment handling - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements: - Proven experience in food service management or a related role - Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols - Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong leadership and communication skills - Culinary background or certification is a plus
