Would you like to help children with special needs develop their skills and reach their potential? Would you like to be a part of children’s success stories?
If so, then consider becoming a Behavior Technician with TLC!
The Center for TLC is a family-centered pediatric therapy facility that serves infants through young adults and provides one-on-one services to meet each individual's needs. We are looking for professional, caring, and fun individuals that have a strong desire to assist each child in meeting their maximum potential in a fun and loving atmosphere.
Why TLC is different than other clinics…
· We’ve been involved in the community for 15 years and built a stellar reputation with our patients and their families.
· Other clinics only compensate their Behavior Technicians for time spent treating patients, and reduce their hours if a patient cancels service for the day. However, our Behavior Technicians are compensated for their overall hours worked each day (treating, training, completing documentation, etc.). Not just for the time spent treating patients. We also understand that our employees depend on having consistent hours each week. Therefore, we do not require Behavior Technicians to end their shift early if a child cancels.
· We offer paid lunches for those that work a minimum of 6 hours per shift.
· Our Behavior Technicians treat in-clinic, not in-home.
· Consistent and daily support from supervisors.
· We offer a fun and supportive work environment.
Our Behavior Technicians work under the general supervision of TLC’s Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Job duties take place in TLC’s clinic.
