Be a rock star as you command your audience of elementary students while teaching Spanish!

Put your extraordinary talents and teaching experience to work in after-school classes where your “fans” will adore you!

As your “groupies” learn Spanish, you will be paid $40 per hour class and receive ongoing coaching plus training and support in every step to become fully versed in our curriculum and teaching method.

The position, just like any rock star musician, is as independent contractor. Classes begin immediately following the end of the school day - at 2:10 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. They are one hour long, once a week. We are looking for instructors with teaching experience for two schools in Laguna Niguel and one school in San Clemente. This is not a full time job - approximately 3 hours per week. You can also substitute teach. Committed candidates can teach more and more classes.

Every day you will leave your classroom “stage” with at least one exciting, funny or interesting story to tell since you will use Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling and Comprehensible Input methodologies!

You will ignite the “spark” in your students as Conversa’s workbooks and the appropriate use of instructional technology enhance and extend their language acquisition!
