Tax Preparer / Interviewer:  Will interview tax clients and gather data. Later will draft the return for review by senior accountant.  When return is completed, will go through returns with client.  We do not do “while you wait”, so no pressure of preparing in front of client.  

Must have prior tax training and good people person skills. Must have IRS PTIN. Will train on our software. Team environment, so someone is always available to answer questions.
