Moonbow is a one-of-a-kind pre-school offering flexible schedules. Mixed-aged programming will focus on daily life as the curriculum and meet the needs of the growing child ages 2.5 (potty-trained) - 6 daily and up to 10 years old in the evenings. We are looking for warm individuals with a creative and nurturing spirit to join our team.

We have a strong team environment and work together to create the curriculum and rhythms of the day. All positions must maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment for the children enrolled.

Requirements:

-Must pass all state-required background screenings to be hired.

-Completed or begin within 30 days of employment the 40 Hour DCF Introductory Training Requirements, and must complete all hours and exams within 1 year of employment.

-Committed to inner self-development, parent work, and community development

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Knowledge or experience in our center's philosophies (Lifeways of North America, Waldorf, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia).

- Active Florida Staff Credential, Lifeways Certification, National Early Childhood Credential, OR Birth Through Five or School-Age Child Care Credential
