CARPENTER - FULL TIME -YEAR ROUND POSITION

Our Northshore residential remodeling firm, specializing in high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling, is seeking a mechanically inclined individual with some carpentry skills to join our team. We are a family-owned company; and many of our current employees have been with us for twenty to thirty years. Hourly Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus FAMILY Group Medical Insurance, EMPLOYEE Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, and Holiday pay.

Job Purpose

Full time employee, to work as a second man, with a Crew Lead on a two-man crew, and a desire to enhance your knowledge of remodeling.

Skills - Qualifications or Willingness & Capacity to Learn

Must be dependable and a self-starter, speak fluent English, and want to perform eight hours work for eight hours pay.

Know use of power tools, an interest in learning high-quality finish remodeling, verbal communication, team-work, cooperate with the Crew Lead.

Be honest, dependable, well groomed, on time, and willing to learn. START TIME 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Able to pass a background check

MUST have a CURRENT AND VALID driver’s license

Be mechanically inclined and willing to be trained in our techniques.

Have their own hand tools. POWER TOOLS ARE SUPPLIED BY THE COMPANY.

Be physically fit and able to lift up to 100 pounds

Have a dependable vehicle to drive to the job site and back home each day.

Be willing to work in and drive to the North Shore and surrounding area.

Work efficiently and effectively to maintain the crew schedule.
