REDS KITCHEN is hiring experienced Line Cooks with strong work ethics to help set and maintain a high standard of cuisine and professionalism. Help is needed at our Seekonk Pizza Kitchen, Swansea Sandwich Shop, Food Truck, and Wedding Catering units. Applicants will be asked to work all locations based on scheduling needs. Bar Tending Shifts available to those with interest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow chef and/or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Applicants should demonstrate a passion for ingredients, technique, discipline, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Ideal applicants will also show that they work well with others and support positive teamwork within the kitchen.
Two or more years of line experience is preferred.
