We will provide all the training, earn while you learn.

**Position: DTF Printer Assistant**

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers with printing inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.

- Assist in the operation of DTF printing equipment to ensure high-quality results.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong computer skills required.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

- Familiarity with printing equipment and processes is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

- Graphic design experience a plus
