HVAC Technician/Installer

Our growing family owned and operated company is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented person to play a key role in HVAC installations and service/repairs.  This position is within a small, casual office environment therefore, your opinion matters, and your presence will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to provide high quality customer experiences.

Potential candidates with mechanical skills, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.  Previous HVAC experience not required but preferred.

Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during installation and repair processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (van driver).
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills (mechanic).
• Experience working with air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform equipment repairs and tasks.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.

Job Type: Full-time.

Expected hours: 40 hours/week.
