Hello,
I am looking for a park manager for my RV park in Fairfield Texas. The type of employee I need is a tech literate person who is handy with small park maintenance jobs like braker replacements, leak fixing and landscaping. (if you are unfamiliar but willing to learn that's fine as well) 

The job is flexible as long as the phone is being answered and there are no major emergencies. The phone number can be added to your personal phone via app for added flexibility and mobility.

Daily job details are,

-Maintaining Park Cleanliness.
-Answering phones and boking new guests or helping current guests.
-Completing rent payments within the system and doing to appropriate reporting at the end of the day
-Fixing any maintenance issues within capabilities. (just need to have a drive to learn and you can be taught all you need to know)
-Landscaping with ride mower.

-Inputting electrical usage for each site around the 20th of each month. 
-Looking after park and ensuring guests are following rules and doing great.

Thats about it. Knowledge of RVs is helpful but just a willingness to learn is needed. 
The job includes a manager's cabin as housing if needed as well.
