Preferred Qualifications:

• Seasoned experience within client services + operations, while contributing to a positive work culture
• Demonstration to execute on strategies + goals
• Experience working within wellness, retail, fitness or hospitality
• Strong communications - leading memberships, retail, and Studio events
• MindBody or booking software experience

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide top-notch client service while greeting clients and booking/facilitating their sessions using MindBody software
• Thoughtfully and enthusiastically inform clients about the benefits of infrared sauna and float therapies, as well as handle customer questions, conversations and interactions
• Inform + promote to clients about our packages, memberships, promotions and merchandise
• Maintain the Infrared Sauna and Float equipment, before and after sessions
• Daily operations, including keeping the studio clean within a stylish environment
• Manage administrative needs, client forms + updates
• As a team player, we want to hear your ideas across our wellness, social media, and marketing programs!

Compensation:

• Pay is commensurate with experience, and we believe in rewarding good work and nurturing growth
• Monthly Sales Commissions + Bonus
