Position Overview: Ready-Made Plastic Trays is seeking a talented and competitive Business Development Rep (Inside Sales) candidate that thrives in a growth focused, opportunistic environment. As a BDR, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 50+ calls per day, working within a vertical sales department, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. You will be responsible for the sale and support of Ready-Made products and services. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to generate new business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and emails. 2. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure. 3. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. 4. Maintain and expand your database of prospects. 5. Team with sales leadership to build pipelines and close deals. 6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Relationships and Roles: Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct discoveries, and handle objections. Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate in a vertical sales team. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using office software; including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing software is a plus.

Employer Notes:
• Full time in-office 7:30am – 4:00pm (includes 30 min. lunch break). Competitive hourly rate plus performance-based commission.

Job Compensation: Full-time Salary Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year base plus commissions
