S & E Distributor, Inc. is an established company in the rapidly growing electronic vapor industry. We were one of the first companies on the scene in 2011 with our e-cigs and our commitment to going above and beyond when it comes to providing cutting edge and quality products to our customers has since led us to offer hundreds of products under four different brand names!

Our team currently has an exciting opportunity available to grow alongside us as a B2B Sales Representative.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Servicing existing accounts and establishing new accounts.
  • Anticipating customer needs and alwaysexceeding their expectations.
  • Generating a minimum of at least 3 new leads per week.
  • Traveling out of state approximately 6-8 times a year for 1-5 days at a time, either to represent our company at a trade show, or to visit existing or prospective clients (ample notice of travel dates will be provided).
  • Adjusting the content of each sales presentation by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focusing sales efforts by studying both the existing and potential volume of distributors.
  • Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maintaining a consistent and engaging presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Etc.) by posting 3-5 times per week.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommending effective changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments to management.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and developing solutions.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Consistently meet and set new sales goals each with a growth rate of 3-5% or more per month.

Compensation: Hourly pay + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $35,000 base salary + commmission
