We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive store sales and build a quality experience for our customers. We need someone who can float between our 2 locations selling over the counter.

Position Requirements :

Prior experience in sales
Possess an understanding of business relationship building and closing experience
Ability to create strong relationships with businesses and government entities in the region surrounding each retail store
Establish R&S as a preferred vendor on the organization's purchasing and bid list
Familiar Truck Caps & Lids and aftermarket accessories for vehicles
Strong communications and product presentation skills
Ability to think critically and find solutions
Honest, trustworthy and dependable
Travel is required and you must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift 75 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis
Ability to spend up to 100% of his/her working time standing or moving around store
Adherence to company policies and procedures is required.
Regular and on time attendance is required

Proficient computer skills, including working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions

Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail

Develop and execute a sales plan to meet established sales and profit goals

Identify key buying factors and maximize buying potential, profitability, and product/service requirements for each customer
Maintain working knowledge of products, services, industry intelligence, and business trends
Participate in trade shows and attending business events
Prepare itineraries, calls logs, expense reports and update account information
Able to work 40 to 46.5 hours a week, including Saturdays and after hour events
