Description 

buywith is a growing, award winning, well funded startup, in the e-commerce vertical. We developed a Livestream shopping marketplace for brands and retailers, influencers, and experts to conduct virtual shopping events. Influencers can broadcast their session with an unlimited number of followers on an e-commerce site, via our smart screen-sharing solution and video chat capabilities.

We are looking for a Live Shopping Event Moderator (virtual) to join our team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for moderating remote live events on our platform. This includes ensuring the session host is able to connect to the live event, and there are no technical or other issues preventing the smooth streaming of the session, as well as initial problem solving and alerting our team in case of a consistent issue.

This role will provide interns with an opportunity to gain experience in e-commerce, technical problem solving and working in a dynamic startup environment.

This is a part time position and hours depend on the live events schedule.

Requirements 

• Moderating remote live shopping sessions.
• Light technical problem solving according to predefined instructions.
• Help with sessions set up - add the sessions to our platform according to the guidelines of each brand.
• Using the buywith platform to send SMS and email messages to promote the sessions.
• Provide feedback on session performance and notify the team of technical issues or bugs. 
• Input post-event data to relevant dashboards.
• Maintain accurate records and data associated with sessions.
