Title: Fingerprint Technician Salary: Hourly Rate $13.00

The Fingerprinting Technician is responsible for providing excellent service to the customer. The Technician will assist in determining the type of fingerprint needed and process the transaction in a professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Power up & Shut down computers systems
Open/Close register and process payments throughout shifts
Answer incoming calls/emails and assist customers with questions and directions for their fingerprinting needs
Assist walk-in customers with their fingerprinting questions and process captured prints
Understand the different types of fingerprints along with each agency requirements and pricing
Communicate and resolve errors with state agencies by email or phone
Present the business and office in a professional manner
Maintain inventory of supplies needed to operate the daily tasks
Duties and responsibilities may change with growth of the company

Qualifications:

Be able to communicate and provide professional service to our customers
Computer Savvy- have the ability to learn and adapt to industry software updates
Bilingual - English and Spanish
Due to sensitive information applicant must go through background screening
Applicant must be minimum of 20 years old
Must be able to work at both office locations
