SP Soccer Academy is seeking highly motivated coaches

SP Soccer Academy is currently seeking passionate individuals to join its team of professionally licensed soccer coaches. At SP Soccer Academy we believe that quality coaching is essential to the development of great soccer players. Despite the need for individual skill, soccer is still very much a team sport. A great soccer coach teaches the value of teamwork and will improve the quality of his/her players at any age. On average, after the age of nine, a well-coached team will almost always beat a poorly coached team, even if the poorly coached team has better athletes.

By “well coached” we mean players and teams that have been taught in practice the skills, teamwork and other things they need to know in order to be successful playing soccer and have fun doing so.

In other words: Play Hard. Play Fair. Have Fun.

Qualifications:

We are looking for dependable individuals with a passion for the game of soccer. All applicants must be over the age of 21 and have prior soccer coaching experience. US Soccer D license or above preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is someone that is committed to the development of young players and is able to create a positive learning environment in which players are able to express themselves freely on the field without the fear of making mistakes.

Responsibilities:

· Scheduling of league games at the beginning of each season.

· Organization and execution of all your team’s weekly training sessions.

· Coaching the players during games.

· Coaching all tournament games throughout the season (Some travel involved)

Compensation:

· Competitive coaching salary

· Paid hotel expenses

· Reimbursement of travel expenses
