 Job Posting: Supervised Parenting Time Supervisor and Parent Coaches

Compensation $25-$45 per hour DOE

We are committed to promoting the well-being of children and families by facilitating supervised parenting time and providing parent coaching services. 

Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Supervised Parenting Time Supervisors and Parent Coaches. These positions are integral to our mission of promoting healthy parent-child relationships and ensuring the safety and well-being of children during parent-child contact. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Supervised Parenting Time Supervisor: 

Facilitate supervised parenting time sessions between noncustodial parents and their children. 

Actively promote behavioral change and skill development in parent/child relationships. 

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the visitation. 

Document interactions and incidents during supervised visits. 

Collaborate with case managers and other professionals to create and implement individualized visitation plans. 

Provide support and guidance to parents in improving their parenting skills. 

 

Parent Coaches: 

Conduct one-on-one parent coaching sessions with clients. 

Assist parents in developing effective parenting strategies. 

Provide educational resources and tools to enhance parenting skills. 

Collaborate with clients to set and track achievable parenting goals. 

Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and progress. 

 

Qualifications: 

Supervised Parenting Time Supervisor: 

GED/High School Diploma 

Experience in child welfare, family support services, or related field preferred. 

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Understanding of the importance of child safety and well-being. 

 

Parent Coaches: 

Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. 

Certification in parent coaching or relevant coaching experience preferred. 

Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. 

Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to working with parents. 

Knowledge of child development and parenting best practices.
