We are a local accounting firm in search of a data entry associate for January-April of 2024.

This is a full-time, seasonal/temporary position. We would prefer this position to be filled by someone with interest in the accounting industry as a future career as we often hire as full time employees after this position's responsibilities have been fulfilled.

Job Responsibilites include:

• Entering client information into our specialized tax software
• Electronic filing of all business & individual client information
• Miscellaneous other duties as needs arise
• Bookkeeping of client data
• Ability to keep client data confidential
• Multi-tasking and quick ability to learn specialized software
• Ability to work closely with others'
