Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales objectives and define the overall sales plan.
• Team Leadership:
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing roofing sales team.
