What You'll Do:

As an Independent Sales Contractor with Defense Mastery, you'll play a crucial role in spreading awareness about personal safety. Your responsibilities will include:

• Weekend Event Selling: Engage with the public at weekend events such as gun shows, fairs, and community gatherings, showcasing our unique self-defense products and educational programs.
• Soliciting Workshop Participants: Reach out to local businesses and organizations to encourage their employees to attend our self-defense workshops. For every participant you bring in, you earn a generous commission.
• Workshop Instruction: Become a certified instructor and lead our self-defense workshops, teaching valuable skills that can save lives.
• Workshop Sponsorships: Secure sponsorships for our workshops and earn commissions for your efforts.

What You'll Get:

• Competitive Commissions: Earn a 50% commission for every participant attending our workshops, for products sold during workshops, and for workshop sponsorships. You'll also receive a 50% commission on self-defense packages sold at events.

• The interview is a scheduled video interview. The job is selling at events so we need to gauge how you interact. Please be prepared and have your camera on.
• This is in-person selling. You must be able to engage and interact with people in order to succeed.
• The interviews will be conducted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. Yes, we can do early morning and evening interviews. Because many of our events are on the weekend we are unavailable to conduct interviews on the weekend.
• We do have reps that make $100+ per hour at some events. They actively sell and follow the short presentation.
