Full Job Description / Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Travel to customer locations across the Metro area

Good people skills

A sense of empathy when dealing with customers 

Diagnose and repair a wide variety of commercial coffee brewing restaurant equipment 

Use basic software to document repairs and parts used 

Use software to document time throughout the day 

Effectively communicate with internal team and external customers 

Basic Qualifications 

Strong mechanical aptitude - a good fix it person

Clean driving record 

Lifelong learner
