Job Responsibilities:

• Be the acting supervisor when warehouse supervisors are on PTO/Leave
• Manage KPI's for warehouse and help develop KPI's for department
• Lead all warehouse projects
• Responsible for reviewing ISO process and documentation for Warehouse Tasks.
• Verify all personnel are being trained properly by following WI. Including training records.
• Develop SOP’s for all tasks in the warehouse.
• Lead 6S for warehouse/ Perform 6S Audit for entire warehouse
• Responsible for scheduling forklift certification for new associates.
• Review all current processes and work on improvements.
• Support warehouse manager on all tasks.
• Lead SAP training for all warehouse personnel.
• Be able to cover roles when required.
• Report EHS concerns and work with warehouse to identify EHS concerns.
• Lead and closely monitor Hazardous Waste process
• Perform and meet all inventory clerk expectation for Corsair.
• Executes all inventory requirements while maintaining balance between shipments on time in full and accurate receipt of finished goods and raw materials
• Tracks and reports on Internal Audit metrics
• Review and maintain SAP inventory report daily
• Generate daily cycle count report verifying accuracy
• Monitor company required 30, 60, and 90 day cycle count requirements for timely completion
• Manages daily cycle counting of inventory

Required Experience:

• Some Microsoft office Experience
• Able to move 50 to 400lbs with assistance
• Some SAP experience

Preferred Experience:

• Storage and handling Hazmat Experience
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
