We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, responsible, helpful, and self-motivated people-person to work in our natural bath and body retail shop in downtown Ashland.

This position is perfect for college students.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone, as well as maintain the store merchandise to our expectations. Because we are a small, family-owned company, there will be unique opportunities for you to experience all aspects of the business.

As a sales associate, you must be able perform the following:

• Provide the highest-quality of customer service (every customer is a potential friend!)
• Process and fulfill online orders
• Label and package products to be displayed in-store
• Clean and merchandise store front with an attention to detail
• Count cash drawer with accuracy
• Open and close the store front
• Work 2-4 days of the week (daytime hours, we can work with class schedules for students)
• Must be able to work independently with integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Cashiering experience
• Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications (not required, but a bonus!):

• Merchandising experience
• Experience with QuickBooks POS and/or Shopify
• Business social media experience
