IWC Innovations is a water safety company encompassing all water system needs, including innovative solutions for the prevention, detection and removal of Legionella, and a full array of water treatment services for maximum risk mitigation and efficiency. We are currently hiring a full-time Water Safety Specialist to perform testing in various buildings. We will provide all training in order to assist the right candidate in getting the appropriate certification.

• Drive to testing sites and provide field services including collecting water samples from various sources (sinks, spigots etc) specified on provided floor plan.
• Document the location, type, make and model, condition and other features of sources tested.
• Ensure the field assignment accurately reflects the state of the testing site (correct number of water outlets quoted). If not, indicate this on the floor plan
• Photograph each collection source with barcode of the sampling kit provided and mark each source on the diagram.
• As part of the role, you will be the face of the company for the buildings assigned are expected to provide the highest level of customer care.
• Document all activities within electronic platform.
• Provide executive summary after every service visit.
• Typically requires local and out- of-state travel by car up to 70% of the day

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical Limitations: Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs for a short period of time and regularly below 50lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach. Must be comfortable with confined spaces, dusty and damp spaces and extreme heat and chill.
• Possess or willing to obtain the following certifications upon hire: Certified ASSE 12080, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Water Technologist (CWT)
• Experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite.
