What You Will Be Doing to Support Our Organization...

  • Performs frequent Quality Control audits of entire HRIS cycle to ensure data integrity and identify/recommend corrective measures for improvement. 
  • Continuously reviews and documents HRIS system functionality and challenges to recommend optimization improvements, which may include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Payroll departments for overlapping systems and needs within the HRIS platform.
  • Serves as liaison between Bay State staff, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Provides training, technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Prepares custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Prepares complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
  • Reviews, documents, and recommends policies related to system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

 

Qualifications (Education and Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Two (2) years of experience in utilizing human resource information systems (HRIS) to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire, and report on data.
  • Valid Driver’s License required 
  • Adequate Background checks (including CORI/SORI) and reference check as required by program
