Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Level 1 IT Technician to be an integral part of our team. This role involves providing on-site installation, troubleshooting of network cabling and equipment, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to client sites, primarily large managed service providers.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot network cabling and equipment.

Collaborate closely with client IT teams.

Document and complete work orders with attention to detail.

Use ticketing systems to manage tasks.

Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.

Qualifications:

Experience in a field service capacity for managed service providers.

Familiarity with retail and food industry IT requirements.

Proficiency in using ticketing systems.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
