Seeking a full-time experienced veterinary receptionist to join our growing small animal practice. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals and we see our clients and patients as extended family. We provide services such as wellness examinations, immunizations, surgery, radiology, an in-house laboratory and emergency services. After-hours emergencies are referred out.

We do have a large urgent care case load and high phone call volume so this position requires the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of veterinary scheduling, and knowledge of triage and basic preventative health care recommendations. The applicant must have experience in a small animal, general veterinary practice setting. Experience with AVImark software is ideal. A background check and drug test will be required of the successful candidates.
