This position is perfect for someone who wants to get away from the corporate setting. The firm specializes in, light commercial, custom residential work, additions and interior remodels. The firm is also experienced in historic rehabilitation services, liturgical design and many other very unique projects. The principle architect and has been practicing for over 30 years and is willing to mentor interns registered within the IDP and will offer opportunities for growth.

Role:

The small staff will allow exposure to many aspects in the architectural profession such as drafting, designing, documenting existing conditions, direct client contact and the preparation of construction documents.

Collaboration with the design team, client and contractors through good communication is essential.

Requirements:

At least a bachelors degree in architecture and working within the architectural field for at least 5 years.

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAd, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Excel and Powerpoint.

High level of graphic skills both manually and digitally are also essential

Salary & Hours:

Competitive hourly wage between $50,000 to $60,000 annually with benefits will be based upon experience and skills.

Work hours are flexible and could be set at 3 to 5 days per week depending upon work load.
