At Your Healthy Karma, we are looking for experienced Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) with a client-focused mindset and evidence-based practice. We believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness, and we embrace individuality. We understand that each person comes to us with unique feelings, needs, and goals, and we interview our clients at every session to learn what works and adjust our approach as needed.

As an LMT at Your Healthy Karma, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy services to our clients. You will stay current on advances in bodywork and invite our clients to join us in exploring new modalities and techniques, as appropriate. You will educate our clients on realistic expectations, self-care, and additional resources, as needed. You will manage your own schedule and services. We want to diversify our bodywork services and value LMTs with specialized skills, certifications, and modalities.

Your Healthy Karma is located within Phenix Salon Suites in Canyon Park/Bothell, which is a very busy retail area with a high-profile storefront. We can support walk-in business, and we generate referrals from the Phenix franchise, suitemates, and local businesses. You can fill your schedule very quickly with minimal effort.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year or 1,000 hours of hand-on massage therapy experience (not including education)
• Must have an active massage therapy license in Washington with no complaints on file
• Must have your own professional liability insurance
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have a client-focused mindset and evidence-based approach
• Must be able to work independently
