XOXO Bar – Sushi Chef & BOH
New restaurant opening in Chestnut Hill neighborhood. The restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the green line at the Chestnut Hill Stop. Sushi Chef Applicants should have 2-4 years of experience as a sushi chef in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who is creative, willing to learn, and challenge themselves. The Sushi Chef will work hand in hand with the ownership to help run all day-to-day operations of the kitchen: labor and food costs, inventory, ordering, training, managing a close-knit team, working the line, expediting, maintaining their high standards.

BOH Line cooks and dishwasher positions are also available. 


Ideal applicants will have: 

2-4 year experience 
Has experience making Maki, And Nigiri
Has sharp knives 
good attitude
works well as a team
