Must be available Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM-5:30 PM for full-time.
Part Time Available as Well.
Location: Denver, Aurora, and surrounding areas

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Therapist & Responsibilities.
- Working one-on-one with children in their homes or their communities.
- Working with families of individuals we serve.
- Applying Applied Behavior Analysis principles in therapy to help children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, Autism, and other relating disorders reach their full potential.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during the session and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Document and submit session notes during each session.
- Collect parent signatures at the end of a session.
- Collaborating with members of the child’s team.
- Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Providing feedback to parents and or/caregivers.
- Modeling intervention plans.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Behavior therapists must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Required to perform activities that involve fine and gross motor skills.
- Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
- Willingness and ability to work in various settings such as both indoor and outdoor settings.

- A college degree in childhood education, psychology, development or similar field preferred.
What we offer:
- Pay: $ 28 pay rate with monthly bonus opportunities.
- $ 200 bonus after 3 months of employment and have completed all necessary training.
- More bonuses! $ 50 per 100 billable hours.
- Paid Travel time between clients.
- You get Paid your hours even when a family cancels a session. (Up to 2 sessions per month)
