We are a private optometry practice and retail optical located in NW Austin looking to hire a part time **Medical Receptionist**

Minimum Qualifications include:
Positive attitude and desire to help others
Organized with attention to detail
Willing to take initiative and be a team player

Requirements:
Prefer at least 6 months experience in a medical setting (optometry preferred but not mandatory)

Job Duties:

Answer phones

Verifying medical insurance
Scheduling patients
Sending referrals
Taking contact lens orders
General office help

Education:
High school diploma
GED, Associates or undergrad a plus
Healthcare Trade school

Pay rate, benefits, and incentives commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
