This is a Fee-For-Service position. Work up to 29 hours per week. Make your own hours. The practice will manage scheduling, prior authorization, coordination with insurance and billing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as behavioral therapy, art therapy, or group therapy
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care for patients
- Stay informed about current research and developments in the field of mental health
Experience:
- Must be independently licensed
- Strong assessment skills to accurately diagnose mental health disorders
- Ability to provide direct support and guidance to individuals in need of counseling services
Skills:
- Medical records management: Ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Behavioral therapy: Proficiency in implementing behavioral interventions to address mental health issues
- Psychopharmacology: Understanding of medications used in mental health treatment and their effects on patients
- Patient assessment: Ability to assess the mental health needs of patients through interviews, observations, and assessments
- Therapy techniques: Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, or group therapy
