The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz has immediate positions available for a Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney. Attorney(s) will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases representing plaintiff clients in metro Detroit and the surrounding area.

Must be an attorney with a MI Bar license.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete and approve the Flip-to-Litigation
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Focus solely on Automotive Personal Injury cases
• Drive compliance amongst team of pre-litigation paralegals
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience (preferred)
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

This role reports to the managing attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department.
