Canton Auto Service & Body Shop is looking for a qualified Auto Body technicians and Painter. 

The perfect candidate is one who has 3 or more years of Body shop or car paint experience. We offer good pay and good benefits. Good working environment flexible schedule maybe required.

• An Auto Painter is a person with experience in body shops painting vehicles that includes: smoothes surface with sandpaper and steel wool.  Coats surfaces of contract units with primer, paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin or other material, using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other devices. Mixing paints by ratio utilizing provided mixing tools. Responsible for all painting equipment maintenance, guns, compressors, paint and sand blast booths. Masks and covers portions of surfaces not to be painted. Paints insignia, letters or numerals on vehicle surface, using stencils. Apply paint.

• A body worker is to replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim. Realign car frames and repair structural damage. Pound out or patch dents and other minor body damage. refinish vehicles to prepare them for painting, perform fiberglass body repair work, and may even paint the vehicles they work on themselves, among other tasks.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree or ASE certifications a definite plus.
• A clean record • Must Pass DOT Physical & Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Schedule:
• 6 Day Work Week (Monday-Saturday)
M-F  8-5:30 and Saturday 8 -2.
