Position Description

Job Title: Warehouse and General Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Operations/HR

Supervises: Employees, Interns, and Volunteers

Status: Full-Time Exempt (Some evenings, weekends, and holidays)- 90-day probation before permanent hire offer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pick-ups/ drop-offs as needed
  • Responsible for inventory or reporting of incoming and outgoing supplies
  • Provide leadership and training for volunteers, interns, and donors
  • Provide effective communication and support for our mission, vision, and culture.
  • Provide hands-on support for all fundraisers, special events, and more.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Mature conservative Christian with a vibrant, growing faith and testimony
  • Valid Driver’s license. Good driving record. Ability to operate all company vehicles and equipment (will train)
  • Warehouse experience is preferable.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferable or comparable experience with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Mature person with excellent people skills and is organized
  • Relational intelligence and enjoy working in a team with volunteers, donors, and staff. 

Salary

  • Exempt (full-time permanent) following a 90-day standard probation period
  • Benefits: PTO, holidays, life/disability, $50  phone and $200 medical reimbursement per month, a 3% matching IRA plan
  • Salary:  Salary DOQ  $40,000-$50,000/year

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift at least 35 lbs. and support program initiatives physically and emotionally.
