We are looking for a manager-level individual for our business valuation division. This person must be able to perform all parts of a business valuation (data analysis, modeling, report preparation) from start to finish with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 to 5 years of progressive business valuation experience.
• Superior Excel skills.
• A working knowledge of healthcare industry business models.
• An understanding of the regulations governing healthcare-related financial transactions in the U.S. 
• ASA, CVA, CFA, ABV, or similar credentials - or be highly motivated to become credentialed.

Duties:

• Lead and manage business valuation engagements.
• Enhance and improve on existing valuation models and report templates.
• There are no sales requirements for this position; however, participation in marketing activities and contribution to proposals, presentations, and publications focused on current and future clients is required.
• Meet the utilization rate expected for the position. 

Remote Work

• This position can be remote. There is also the opportunity to work in our office located in Newnan, Georgia (30 minutes from Atlanta airport). Remote workers must work a Mon-Fri work week on an Eastern Time Zone schedule.

Travel

• Some travel is expected for site visits, client meetings, and conferences. Remote workers may also be asked to attend meetings or work from our Newnan, GA office 1 to 2 times per year.   

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000 with a quarterly production incentive based on client billings. The total compensation opportunity is estimated at $120,000 per year.
• Up to $2,500 per year for relevant accreditations, association dues, and education expenses.  
• Benefits include healthcare insurance and access to other benefits through our PEO. 
• 10 paid holidays and 20 days PTO.
