Lead Contents & Warehouse Technician
This key team member will provide expert level execution of contents inventorying, pack-out, cleaning / restoration,
storage, pack back and other related production services. In addition, this team member is responsible for the
oversight and training of production level team members such as crew members, cleaning technician, warehouse
material handlers and temporary laborers. He / she reports directly to a Project or General Manager.

Required Resources:
• Reliable transportation to/from our facility with a valid US driver’s license
• Mobile Phone
• Insurable driving record
• Non-felon of criminal or violent crime within last 10 years

Trained to Excel in:
 Contents inventorying, pack-out, material handling, restorative cleaning, storage and pack-back services
 Highly proficient in the iCat Contents Inventory Software System
 Oversight of jobsite and production worker safety
 Clear and timely communication practices for clients, vendors, team members and insurance carriers
 Leading and instructing production labor
 Troubleshooting contents salvageability and/or customer concerns
 Packaging of contents to prevent damage during transport and handling
 Following established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment
 Ensure all project paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
 Oversee labor, materials & billing efficiencies for all projects
 Operation of fleet Box Trucks, Forklift, Truck / trailer towing, pallet jacks and specialized cleaning
equipment
 Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections to keep assets in a safe, clean & serviceable condition
Job Requirements:
 Availability to respond to infrequent after-hours customer emergencies
 Ability to execute all related contents pack-out, restoration and pack-back tasks
 Ability to clearly and confidently communicate
 Ability to frequently manipulate or lift items of 50-75lbs.
 Ability to follow direction
 Aptitude to maintain equipment used in daily tasks
 Aptitude to efficiently learn technologies such as iPad, RMS Software, iCat Software & Google Suite
 Aptitude to safely / efficiently operate specialized equipment, machinery and vehicles
 Routinely demonstrate customer service skills aligned with company values of honesty, empathy and
steward leadership
 Maintain the safe handling and usage of cleaners / detergents / deodorizers per SDS protocols
 Maintain a positive team building attitude in the work environment
 Maintain a good attendance record with infrequent tardies
