One full time and one part time, This is an in person position Monday thru Friday with working every other Saturday. Requirements: Must have Excellent Written and Communication Skills, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Proficient in QuickBooks, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Exceptional organization and planning skills, ability to multitask, excellent computer and data entry skills, able to answer multiple phone lines at once, scheduling multiple orders a day in person and over the phone, filing, organizing paperwork, assisting the admin with duties, must be punctual in attendance and timing, must have reliable transportation to and from work, must be able to work well under pressure, a plus if you are familiar with the construction industry.
