We are looking for a special person. We would like you to be a college student looking for part-time work. We start our work day early in the morning, so if you had classes in the afternoons and could work for us in the mornings, that would be perfect. We would like you to be able to follow instructions. For instance, how you apply for this position matters to us. We would like you to have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. If you have the skills and ability to tow a trailer with our trucks, that would be a bonus, but we are willing to train you how to do this. We would like you to be able to move furniture. There are just a few very heavy things we move, but most are relatively easy. We would like you to be able to professionally handle yourself in front of our clients. For the most part you won't have interactions with them, but occasionally you will, and we would like you to know how to be professional. We would like you to be able to show up on time. I don't think I need a clarifying sentence here. We would like you to be smart. Being able to anticipate needs and think through situations is a valuable life skill that we hope you possess. We would like you to have a personality. You will be spending time in a truck with a team member and being able to hold a conversation is important. What we do is interesting and fun.
