Our customers include retailers, yoga studios, gyms, spas, colleges, and individual yoga practitioners.

We’re looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Representative team member who will help give our customers the best experience possible, increase our customer reach, work on marketing relationships, and more! 

Job Responsibilities

• Business to business and business to customer sales duties including handling incoming sales orders and e-mails, some cold calling, order entry and management, suggestive selling based on customer needs, and problem resolution. 
• Work with different areas of the company to accomplish goals and take care of the customers’ needs.
• Some participation at events and tradeshows
• Manage sales and marketing quotes and projects 
• Interact, answer questions, and reach out to new contacts through social media

Qualifications

• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Willing to help in other areas when needed.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to professionally communicate and correspond with customers 
• Organized, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Detail oriented 
• Experience in driving sales and pursuing specific marketing goals
• Computer literacy skills are a must

• Willingness to learn new things
• Some knowledge of yoga is preferred (not required)
• Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus (not required)
• Minimum education requirement- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Experience:
