Preferred:2-3 years of adult and pediatric experience along with clinical and telephone triage experience.
Phlebotomy Experience
Ability to administer vaccines and perform various office test.
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with EMR charting

Provide great customer service to our patients in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
Verify and update necessary information in the medical records/database.
Maintain computerized scheduling and follows office scheduling policies.
Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information to phone callers as well as handling outgoing phone calls as appropriate.
Maintain work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.
Knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation needed to process patient information along with the ability to file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric processes.
Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
BLS Certification (Preferred)
Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
