Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Summary

As a specialist in our warehouse, you will oversee inbound/outbound packages and shipments, complete any required documentation, and store products in the appropriate designated areas. This also requires you to pull, pack and prepare items for shipping. You must have a proven ability to pay attention to minor details with high-volume parcels. You must be free of any limitations to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and be able to tolerate long periods of standing.

Duties and Core Responsibilities

• Previous experience in shipping, and receiving required
• Coordinate and schedule logistics for inbound/outbound deliveries including internationally
• Proven experience working with FedEx and UPS Ship Manager/Portals creating batch shipping labels 
• Pulling product, pre-packaging, and packing 
• Maintaining accurate supplies & inventory for boxes and packing material 
• Inspect, verify, and cross-reference packing slips and bills of lading
• Forklift experience is a plus and is required to load/unload pallets from/to trucks 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel preferably to maintain manifest of deployments
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively 
• Excellent attendance & a great attitude
