Gordon's Music and Sound is an all-round music retailer in Fairfield, California that is customer-centric. We sell several types of instruments and sound equipment, as well as offer lessons for certain instruments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' goals and abilities
- Teach proper piano technique, music theory, and sight-reading skills
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

Experience:
- Previous experience teaching piano lessons to children and/or adults
- Knowledge of different teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to tailor lessons to accommodate different learning styles
- Familiarity with music education curriculum and resources
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus

Skills:
- Strong tutoring and communication skills
- Patience and the ability to work well with children of all ages
- Passion for music education and a desire to inspire students
- Ability to educate and engage students in a fun and creative manner
- Organizational skills for lesson planning and scheduling
